Cosco Umbrella Stroller Review

An Actual User Review:
As mentioned earlier, this stroller is best for airborne trip. I had a dilemma before that my arms need to be free during in-between flights for me to carry my child. The backpack that I used as a diaper bag or purse was been able to be placed at the back of the stroller. Hence, you need to be careful in taking the child out of the pushchair so that it would not be off-balance due to the weight of the backpack placed at the back of the pushchair. The solution for this is to put the backpack itself on my back.

Moreover, I was able to slip it on the plane every time I walk my child right up to the seat and immediately stow it away and hide it in the overhead storage. Actually, there is one time that the gatekeeper people try to restrain it in, but I was able to persuade the stewardess to allow me to take it on board.

This kind of stroller is also used as a standby stroller especially if a big stroller cannot be fit in the car compartment and if ever there is an out of town ravel.

Subsequently, the large stroller is generally in the trunk of the car wherein my husband used for his everyday work. Therefore, this kind of stroller is being used for my day walk with my child. There are times that we put both the strollers in the trunk just in case we are just having a quick turn to a mall or just I another store nearby.

Hence, there are a couple of things that I did not like about this stroller.

First distaste is the removal of the fabric seat. You need to have a screwdriver just to detach the fabric seat; since it is attached to the frame of the pushchair. Though, this is not a big problem because the seat cover is effortlessly simple to clean. The thing is that you just merely flip the whole seat to get rid of the crumbs and the seat will be cleaned easily; since the pushchair is lightweight.

Another dislike is the absence of storage basket in the pushchair. Actually, it is not that important to me in view of the fact that I am going to use a backpack anyhow. There are also some models of pushchair that has a storage basket. Yet you can opt for buying a hanging bag that you can sling at the back of the pushchair for a container of toys and other items you bring along during your outside activity.

Finally is the non-provision of the sun canopy. Likewise, it is not a major concern of mine because I am preparing it for indoor activities generally. Actually, when we do have an outside activity we just bring along a cap and sunglasses for our son to wear. For a second time, I also seen some models of the pushchair that have a canopy and similarly you can purchase it singly from some websites and in some catalogs.

There is a question to ponder before you purchase this stroller. Is it a good pushchair for you and your baby?

You may answer YES! For the reason that despite of the flaws there are still solutions to the problems. Furthermore, it is a great and tawdry stroller that will fit your budget, and your travel plans.
